I’m so excited to have a piece exhibited in Denver at the Kanon Collective Gallery! I hope you can visit 766 Santa Fe Drive, July 6-28, to see the “Metropolis Show – expressing the love of all things urban”.

A man with blue goggles identifying himself as “I’m Under a Little Pressure“, appears with 19 other works from the big city. He is somewhat unclear about how he came to be, but he believes he is recreated from used and discarded parts of other things. The unknown origin of these components leaves him feeling a bit disjointed as well as uncertain about his humanity.

Is he human? Is he merely a mass of unrelated elements joined together? Does he have a soul?
What is his life about and how will he live it well? What is the essential spark of life and does he possess it? How will he know he is alive?

These are the questions he poses to himself and to the city. He has only 22 days to answer his
questions. Please help him. And enjoy the show!

  1. Perhaps he wants your soul. Looks to me like he’s reaching out for something and those eyes clearly seem to be probing for answers.
